Return Policy

Our policy is 48-hour approval on used and vintage gear. New products are given a 24-hour approval. All payment fees (e.g., credit card fees) and shipping costs  are the responsibility of the buyer. Returns will only be accepted for discrepancies of description (i.e., the gear arrived in a different condition than described). A  20% restocking fee will be charged if a return is initiated for any other reason. Please ask all questions prior to purchase. We go several extra miles to make sure you are aware of all aspects of any product that is sold by us. We hope that is clear enough; if not, feel free to ask any questions. 


We NO LONGER accept PAYPAL in any form due to the abuse of that priviledge by a recent pedal buyer from Michigan. Despite our 48-hour approval policy being clearly stated, he filed a complaint with PAYPAL after 3 weeks, which was long enough a period to steal parts from a pedal and then return it working after saying it didn't. If paying by credit card, please be aware we only ship to billing addresses of the card used. International buyers, payment must be made via Bank Wire Transfer ONLY! 


Please e mail with any questions you may have! We ship all over the World, shipping price depends on location. We ship either by Fed Ex, UPS or USPS.


Appraisals are available for a nominal fee of $75.00 per instrument for our valued time and expertise. This fee is waived IF we are allowed to consign or buy the instrument. We believe everyone has the right to know what they have and what it is worth. We also don't have the time to remember lies.
